Nick Jr. featured Ryan from Ryan’s Mystery Playdate in its seasonal winter campaign. The Nick Jr. team and I created whimsical winter worlds where Ryan and our beloved Nick Jr. characters engaged in various festive activities. The promo campaign embraced a winter wonderland theme, with vibrant, playful designs that captured the excitement of the holiday season.

As Lead Motion Designer, I played a key role in the Nick Jr. Winter Promo Campaign from concept to final output, overseeing all aspects of the design process. My responsibilities included set design, concept pitching, creating mood boards, design development, collaborating with the production team, directing 3D designers, and leading 2D animation.

Ryan’s Winter Fun-derland

Initially, I designed a set where Ryan could solve problems and engage in winter-themed games. I developed the key elements, layout, and overall look and feel of the set, including lighting, materials, and colors, collaborating closely with the director and production team to bring the snowy Winter Wonderland to life.

Set Design

Graphic Package

I developed the 2D graphic package, inspired by the set design and the environments of Winter Wonderland, and animated it in collaboration with other animators.

I designed the 3D graphics, including logos and background elements, based on the storyboards. I also directed the 3D animators to ensure the graphics and VFX were seamlessly integrated into the environments.
